AlphaScore v2 rolls out this week to every new decision. Three pillar adjustments and one new gate — all buyer-first.
Change 1 · Water Tier as a hard gate on Pillar 7
Previously water reality contributed to a composite score. Now, a Tier C (borewell-heavy) reading caps the water pillar at a fixed low, regardless of other Cauvery-adjacent factors. Buyers were undervaluing this in our decision-audit reviews.
Change 2 · Builder credibility widened to sub-cluster
Big-name builders operating through sub-brands sometimes carried the parent's credibility. v2 separates: sub-brand credibility scored on its own delivery history, not just the parent's.
Change 3 · Micro-climate now includes lake proximity risk
Bellandur, Varthur, and select stretches of Sarjapur carry lake-proximity considerations (flood, mosquito, pollution). Pillar 15 now catches this explicitly and shows the affected side of the layout in the drilldown.
New — Safety-override display
When any Legal or OC pillar shows red, the composite is now visually gated as WAIT. Score is a summary; safety is a gate. This was invisible in v1.
